TARGETED THINKING: SELF-ANALYZE AS YOU GO


Every thought should be for a desired goal even if that goal is nothing more than relaxation. The constant self-examination this requires prevents malice, affectation, pretension, self-deception and negative thinking. It allows you to keep your thinking in check, to cast out negative thinking before it takes root, and saves you much soul-searching later. It is easier to self-analyze as you go. If every thought has a positive target you will always have a plan and since thoughts guide behavior your actions and behavior will always be constructive. You can't help but to be positive, can't help but to be happy.
